Attacking a Power Flower heals the attacker for 6% of maximum health, grants a shield equal to 7.8% of maximum health, restores 15% of maximum mana or 3.5% of maximum energy, and refunds 20% of the total cooldown of each champion ability, excluding innate and passive abilities.
