Effects

• Hack the Meat (unique): Dealing damage reduces the target's armor and magic resistance by 3 for 5 seconds, stacking up to 10 times for a total resistances reduction of 30. Stacks can be applied to each enemy only once every second.
• Cannibalize (unique): If you or the allied champion on your team score a takedown against an enemy champion, you are both heal for 18% of the taken down target's maximum health.³

• Flesheater is good on damage-over-time champions such as Malzahar.⁵
• For Fiora, Flesheater can be a good sixth item, depending on the game.⁶
• Flesheater can be a good choice against Nesting Doll because its takedown effects can benefit your team as opponents die and revive.⁷⁸

• Flesheater's takedown effect can transfer 10% of an enemy's stats to the whole team; this is almost certainly a bug.⁹

The first iteration of Flesheater was available only in Black Market Brawlers and was the only item with uncapped, infinite stat growth.¹⁰¹¹¹² Patch unknown
