Effects

• Promise (unique): Make a Promise to the target allied champion, forming a tether between you and them.
• Promise (unique): While your Promised ally is tethered to you, gain ability power equal to 20% of Promised ally's AP, and grant your Promised ally ability haste equal to 20% of your ability haste. Increases and decreases to each teammate's stats recalculate this effect.⁴

Limit

Each team can only have 1 Wordless Promise on either champion.⁵

• Each team can have Wordless Promise on only one champion at a time.⁵ Patch unknown
• Wordless Promise can give an ally with high ability power a share of that ability power.⁶
• Wordless Promise can be moved to another ally when its holder dies.⁷

• Buying two Wordless Promises at the same time can cause the links to attach to each other.⁸

• Since patch 26.13, Wordless Promise counts as a burn for Pyromancer's Cloak and burn augments, and its cooldown is 15 seconds.⁹
• Since patch 26.11, Wordless Promise grants 15% Heal and Shield Power, shares 15% of the Promised ally's ability power and 15% of your ability haste, and has a 60-second cooldown.³
• While tethered, you gain ability power equal to 15% of your Promised ally's ability power and grant them ability haste equal to 15% of your ability haste. Changes to either teammate's stats recalculate the effect.⁴³
