Effects

• Time Stop (unique): Put yourself in stasis (buff) for 2.5 seconds, rendering you untargetable and invulnerable for the duration but also unable to move, declare basic attacks, cast abilities, use summoner spells, or activate items.³

Arena changes

• Ability power changed to 80.⁴

• Mages can use Zhonya's Hourglass against opponents with high attack damage and armor penetration.⁵
• For the Wooglet's quest, Rabadon's Deathcap and Zhonya's Hourglass are enough; the Needlessly Large Rod can be sold if inventory space is limited.⁶
