Overview
Dash or blink causes you to inflict the nearest enemy champion within cr 650 units with a Burn for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage based on the target's maximum health (1.5 seconds cooldown per cast instance). This Burn stacks infinitely and refreshes with each application.
