If It's Killing Time's cooldown expires during Fiddlesticks' Crowstorm channel, Crowstorm activates the augment immediately before its first damaging effect.³ Patch unknown

Bugs

With Chauffeur, Fiddlesticks' W can sometimes be interrupted, and Crowstorm can fail to activate after teleporting to a moving partner.⁸
After Fiddlesticks' Guest of Honor grants a stat anvil, later anvil choices can display incorrect Shardholder values. This can happen with multiple anvil choices in a row or when an augment and anvil are offered together.⁹¹⁰¹¹

The Fiddlesticks of Honor bug involving Revitalize could raise team health to about 500; it is fixed.¹²
