Overview
Immobilize or ground an enemy champion inflicts them with a Burn for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage based on the target's maximum health (5 seconds cooldown per cast instance). This Burn stacks infinitely and refreshes with each application.
This counts as a Burn source.2
