Effects

• Harmony (unique): Grants heal and shield power equal to 0.5% bonus mana.
• Consonance (unique): Heal the nearest and most wounded allied champion within 900 units for 0.8% of your maximum mana if you or any allied champion you have healed or shield in the last 3 seconds is in combat with enemy champions (1 second cooldown for triggering the heal).³

When Sanguine or Mind to Matter appears on Singed, a support mana build with Seraph's Embrace, Diadem of Songs, Knight's Vow, Liandry's, and support augments can help keep an ally alive.⁵
