Weighted Popoffs
Weighted Popoffs is a silver augment in League of Legends Arena.
Overview
Hitting an enemy champion with an ability generates a stack of Popoff for 6 seconds, stacking up to 6 times. For each stack, your basic abilities' cooldowns progress faster. At maximum Popoff stacks, this value is doubled.2

Interactions
- The cooldown timer ticks faster instead of reducing the cooldown's starting value. Weighted Popoffs can therefore work alongside ability haste; flat cooldown reductions such as Mystic Punch are less effective alongside it than an equal percentage reduction would be.45
- Weighted Popoffs can reduce Vladimir's Pool cooldown while he is in Pool, and his Q can refresh during its duration.6
- Weighted Popoffs can be combined with Infernal Conduit.7
- Since patch 26.11, Garen's Judgement (E) applies Weighted Popoffs stacks.8
