Arena changes

• Q: Cooldown changed to 10 to 6 seconds.
• Q: Heal AP ratio changed to 20% AP.²

Tank Engine, Adapt, Raid Boss, Bloodmail, Riftmaker, Deathcap, Demon King Crown, and potions form a Vladimir build.³

• Adapt with Riftmaker and Overlord's Bloodmail can build Vladimir's AP and health through a recursive stat loop.⁴
• Demonic Embrace and Wooglet's Witchcap are important for an infinite-stats Vladimir build.⁵

Soraka's silence chained with other crowd control, shielding from Sona or Karma, Karthus's Ultimate Revolution, Hwei's E and W, healing-to-damage augments, and Anivia's walls can counter Vladimir.⁶

Vladimir's empowered Q can deal damage during a fight.⁷

• Vladimir still takes damage from Void Immolate while in Sanguine Pool (W).⁸
• A short downtime window between pools can give ranged champions such as Zyra or Hwei a chance to damage Vladimir before he gets close.⁹
• A high-health Sion or Mundo with Icathia's Fall can burn Vladimir when he resurfaces from the pool; Grievous Wounds can also increase the damage they deal to him.⁹
• Anivia, Zilean, or Zac with Stopwatch and We'll Be Right Back can outlast Vladimir in the Circle of Fire.⁹
• Repeated casts of W can drain Vladimir's health through its cost, causing him to die in the fire.¹⁰
• Casting E before W can let Vladimir recast E while in W if he has enough cooldown reduction. W does not stop E's channel.¹¹¹²
• Critical-strike marksmen can deal damage when Vladimir briefly comes out of his pool by staying close and using attack move; crowd control can also be used against him when available.¹³
• Hard crowd control or silence can be used against Vladimir.¹⁴
• Weighted Pop Offs can go infinite with Vladimir's W.¹⁵
• Ranged damage can be used against Vladimir because his abilities have low range.¹⁶
• Kinkou Jitte can deal a large amount of true damage with Vladimir's high AP.¹⁷¹⁸
• Vladimir can use Kinkou Jitte's proc and then enter W while casting E for a short time.¹⁸
• Vladimir's health-costing abilities can let a teammate heal him between combat phases to complete the Angel of Retribution quest.¹⁹

• Chauffeur has a bug involving Vladimir.²⁰
