• Arena’s mode-specific changes gave Phenomenal Evil Power 12.5 stacks per round, set Baleful Strike’s AP ratio to 45–65% AP, and set Event Horizon’s cooldown to 23–17 seconds. Since patch 26.19, Phenomenal Evil Power gains 10 stacks per round and Event Horizon’s cooldown is 24/23/22/21/20 seconds.⁷²⁸
