Effects

• Inner Flame (unique): Every 2 rounds, gain a random Dragon Soul. Additionally, increase your total attack damage, ability power, attack speed, maximum health, armor, magic resistance, and ability haste by 4% for each Dragon Soul you possess, up to 4*6% at maximum souls. Once you have obtained all 6 Dragon Soul, you also gain the Aspect of the Dragon buff permanently at the next phase. Aspect of the Dragon counts as an extra Soul for this effect, for a total stat increase of 4*7%.²

• With Teemo, take Mystic Punch for frequent blinds, Ethereal 3, and Dragonheart for Ocean Soul; build penetration, Rabadon's, and Terminus.⁴
• Dragonheart is an option in builds for crowd-control champions alongside Reaper's Toll, Darksteel Talon, Cruelty, Reverberation, and Moonflair Spellblade. Champions with dashes may use Mirage Blade instead of Moonflair Spellblade.⁵
• For AD assassins, play for an early lead, then look for Dragonheart and scaling augments in later augment selections.⁶
• For Alistar, pair Dragonheart with Courage of the Colossus, Mystic Punch and Reverberation, and Protein Shake with Cloak of Starry Night or DKC; add Rod of Ages for mana regeneration and Ocean Soul.⁷
• An ideal True Damage Braum build includes Darksteel Talon, Reverberation, Molten Shield, Jak'Sho, Dragonheart, and Demon King's Crown, with as much percent armor buff as possible.⁸

• Depending on the round when Dragonheart is equipped, Inner Flame may immediately grant up to four previous Dragon Souls.⁹ Patch unknown
• Removing Omnisoul after it unlocks Ancient Dragon Soul can leave Ancient Dragon Soul in place for the rest of the game. Dragonheart continues granting Souls, and reaching seven Souls again has no further effect.¹⁰
• After obtaining Elder Soul, removing Dragon Soul augments can reduce Dragonheart's stacks while leaving the Elder buff active.¹¹
• Dragonheart can be paired with Omnisoul or other Soul-based augments.¹²

• Viego can lose Dragonheart stacks when possessing someone.¹⁸
• Dragonheart's extended tooltip may show the non-extended tooltip even when extended tooltips are enabled.¹⁹²⁰
• If Dragonheart is obtained outside a normal shop phase, such as through Tahm, selling and undoing it in the next round can grant one extra Soul.²¹
• Sometimes, selling and undoing Dragonheart causes it to lose a stack.²²
• After Dragonheart has five Souls, taking Omnisoul may leave it at six Souls; it may then fail to grant Elder Soul on a later round.²³
• Some ability power may not count correctly toward a displayed 79% increase, and Dragonheart ability power may be affected; the exact affected sources are unclear.²⁴
• Garen's spin count may not increase with Dragonheart; the reason may be that Dragonheart grants a stat increase rather than an item.²⁵

• Dragonheart's Elder Dragon buff counted as a burn for Pyromancer's Cloak.²⁶
• In the eight-teams-of-two format, a True Damage Braum build used Darksteel Talon, Reverberation, Molten Shield, Jak'Sho, Dragonheart, and Demon King's Crown, with repeated W casts to build armor.⁸ Earlier Arena format
