Effects

• Reap (unique): Basic attacks on-hit apply a Reap stack to the target, stacking infinitely and lasting for the remainder of the combat phase, and deal bonus true damage equal to 0.7% (+ 0.1% per target's Reap stack) of the target's maximum health. Additionally, the target is inflicted a health threshold equal to 100% of their maximum health minus the total amount of bonus damage dealt against them, lasting until the end of the round and capped at a threshold of 50% of their maximum health.
• Sow (unique): Increases the attack speed gained from all sources by 15%.³

• Focus attacks on one target when using Reaper's Toll; spreading attacks across targets reduces its value.⁵
• Reaper's Toll is recommended for auto-attacking champions, especially with Double Tap, Dual Wield, Fan the Hammer, and other on-hit effects.⁶⁷
• A crowd-control-focused build with Reverberation or Ethereal Weapon, Mystic Punch, Reaper's Toll, and a tank item is recommended.⁸
• Reaper's Toll and Reverberation are recommended for Bel'Veth alongside an on-hit build.⁹
