Effects

• Relentless (unique): Casting an ability basic attack reset your basic attack timer and empowers your next two basic attacks with 90% bonus attack speed. Additionally, each basic attack on-attack reduces the cooldowns of all your abilities by 0.5 seconds.³

Cooldown Refund per Attack changed to 0.3 in patch 26.21 (was 0.5)⁴

• Reverberation and Moonflair Spellblade are a recommended combination for champions that can use them together.⁶
• Hecarim with Moonflair Spellblade or Mystic Punch can attack rapidly; Firebrand is also recommended.⁷

• Renekton's W can count as roughly 25 ability casts with Moonflair Spellblade.⁸⁹
• With Reverberation and Moonflair Spellblade, Pantheon can repeatedly cast W; Mystic Punch can also be part of the combination.¹⁰
• Moonflair Spellblade with Courage of the Colossus can let Blitzcrank repeatedly knock up an opponent.¹¹
• Moonflair Spellblade can reset the attack timer on dash abilities, despite its description saying it does not work on Dash or Blink abilities.¹²
• Ethereal Weapon with Moonflair Spellblade can make Nasus's R or Mordekaiser's passive reduce ability cooldowns repeatedly.¹³

Since patch 26.21, Moonflair Spellblade's cooldown refund per attack is 0.3 seconds and it enhances three attacks.⁴
