Effects

• Pull Their Strings (unique): Basic attacks on-hit against enemy champions apply a Puppeteer stack for 15 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. The fourth stack against a target consumes them all to render the target berserk for 2 seconds, causing them to gain 50% (+ 150% of your heal and shield power) bonus attack speed and 40% bonus movement speed (25 second cooldown). If only one champion is alive on the enemy team, instead fear the target for the same duration.
• pass2: Granting yourself or an ally a heal, shield, or ability-sourced buff reduces the cooldown of Pull Their Strings by 5 seconds, once per cast.³

• For a heal and shield power build, take Puppeteer with Angel of Retribution and Protein Shake, then build Sword of Blossoming Dawn and Echoes of Helia before tank items.⁵
• With Protein Shake, combine Puppeteer with Sword of Blossoming Dawn and build tank items.⁶
• Pair Puppeteer with Ethereal Weapon on Katarina and Shyvana.⁷
• Puppeteer is stronger with AP than AD, is less effective early when flat AP or AD is low, and is very strong with Vulnerability.⁸

• Immobilizing an enemy champion with Pull Their Strings does not grant Reverberation stacks.⁹ Patch unknown
